UIScrollbar Problem

hi, i'm having a problem with my custom scroll bar, the thumb wont reach the bottom or the top of the track, also the scroll bar is somehow like 100 pixels shorter than the textbox
i'm close to the deadline to any help would be appreciated

edit: i thought i should add that my customized scroll bar has smaller parts than the original
